General terms and conditions of rental
Before making a reservation, we ask you to consult our rental conditions.
Our small establishment does not have a reception.In order to satisfy our guests, the check-in times are variable. On the day of your arrival, a text message will be sent to you in the morning to inform you of your check-in time.
A person will be there to welcome you at the time you indicate. Therefore, any delay or change should be reported as soon as possible so as not to affect the organisation of the staff.
We count on your understanding and on the respect of our rules and thank you for it.
Booking conditions
To confirm your reservation, you just have to enter your credit card details.
The stay will then be booked and paid. You will only have to pay the tourist tax on your departure.
CONCERNING OUR ROOM IN CAMPANELLA: a reduced rate applies when only 2 people occupy the room but only 1 bed (the annex room is then locked). If there is 1 person per bed, the full rate applies. You will be asked to pay the remaining amount on arrival.
Conditions for cancellation or modification
The cancellation of a stay is free of charge, if it is made 8 days before the arrival date.
After these 8 days, you will be offered to postpone your stay (12 months maximum).
If this solution does not suit you:
50% of the amount of your stay will be retained 8 to 4 days before the date of arrival, and we could retain 100% of the amount from 4 days before the date of arrival.

Any interruption of the stay will not be reimbursed. We suggest that you consider taking out travel insurance.
Any dispute relating to a reservation will be submitted to the Commercial Court of Ajaccio.
Internal rules and operation
On the day of your departure, your room must be vacated by 10.30 am.
In order to fully satisfy you, it may be possible to release it later. In this case, please check with us directly on site.
Our rooms as well as all interior common areas are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s extra cleaning fee to any guest who smokes in his room, or who has damaged something.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
For any complaint, please contact our management as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable solution.
